– Refunds will be considered for donations (and/or products) that are purchased directly from BirdWatch Zambia’s website.
– Refunds will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of donation.
2. Valid Reasons for Refund:
– Error in donation amount: If you entered a donation amount in error, you may request a refund.
3. Non-Eligibility for Refund:
– Change of mind: Refunds will not be granted for a change of mind or if you decide you no longer want the product or service.
– Downloadable or digital products: All sales of downloadable, digital goods, or products delivered electronically are final and non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund:

– Provide relevant details, including the donation confirmation email or donation ID, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).
5. Refund Processing:
– Once your refund request is received and validated, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
– Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
– In case of a refund for physical products, you may be required to return the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
6. Partial Refunds:
– In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products or services with partial usage.
7. Exchanges:
– Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items instead of a refund.
8. Changes to the Refund Policy:
– We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
